A committee formed at the HSE department of a major seismic firm have come up with a breakthrough design for handling traffic congestion in the area surrounding the base camp. They are confident that this will completely eradicate the current confusion and milling around that so often occurs when everybody is entering or leaving the camp. A design patent has been applied for but has been held up by the lack of any sort of coherent description of how it works.

A spokesman for the committee told us "We simply cannot understand this delay. The patent office’s insistence on having a coherent description of the function is quite unreasonable."

"Everybody knows that HSE departments haven’t had a clue about making things functional for a good number of years now." he added.
